capacity&nbsp;<strong>to attract and hire diverse profiles.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promote the development of diverse talent,<\/strong>&nbsp;free of bias and based on equity and meritocracy, thus ensuring that diversity is present at all levels of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guarantee equal treatment of our employees<\/strong>&nbsp;through measures that ensure fair the priorities of our diversity and inclusion strategy<\/strong>.
