He joined Ferrovial in 2006 and since 2015, he held the position of Human Resources and Communications Director of Ferrovial Services. Previously, he was the Corporate HR Development Director and the HR Director of the Corporate Area. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the company, he held various positions of responsibility in the field of consulting at IBM and
